Anna Marie Lane Chapter, NSDAR

Thank you for your interest in the Anna Maria Lane Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR). Our chapter, organized on September 21, 2020, in Swea City, Iowa, is composed of members that are dedicated, community-minded women. Our members subscribe to the NSDAR motto of “God, Home, and Country.” We meet once a month, February through November, with the exception of December and January.

The objectives of the Anna Maria Lane Chapter, NSDAR, are to promote historic preservation along with encouraging active participation in educational and patriotic endeavors.

If you are seeking a National Society Daughters of the American Revolution chapter in Northern Iowa, we hope the information found here will prove helpful. Please contact us if you would like to visit one of our meetings or have any questions about DAR. We are waiting to answer your questions!

Any woman, eighteen years of age and over, who can prove she is a direct descendant of a patriot of the American Revolution is eligible to join. You can go to the National Society DAR membership webpage or contact us for more information.
