Nathan Winton was born about 1759 in
Connecticut. He died September 24,
1846, in Davis County, Iowa Territory.
He was buried in Mount Gildead Cemetery
in Salt Creek Township, Davis County,
Iowa Territory. He was in the
Connecticut Militia.
