Master Reports Committee

Deborah Crawford, Co-Chairman, Chapter Achievement Award

Linda Van Niewaal, Co-Chairman, Chapter Master Report

The Master Reports Committee is the umbrella structure for the two chapter reports which must be filed by February 1 of each year.  The Chapter Achievement Award and the Chapter Master Report are filed together online. Additionally, there is a state Chapter Achievement Award which is a separate form, which must also be filed before February 1. These reports give each chapter an opportunity to share triumphs and exciting activities with other chapters and with the National Society.

Both reports are supported by NSDAR with checklists. For the Chapter Achievement Award checklist, go to https://www.dar.org/sites/default/files/members/committees/MasterReport/PDF/2023/2023%20CAA-WP-2000%20Chapter%20Checklist%20rev.07-2023.pdf; and for the Chapter Master Report checklist, https://www.dar.org/sites/default/files/members/committees/MasterReport/PDF/2022/MasterReport_CMR_Link_Chapter%20Checklist.pdf

For information about a particular report, contact the appropriate co-chairman.
