Chapter meetings are held September through
May. A "meet and greet" time is held for
arriving members.
Each regular meeting includes devotions,
patriotic exercises, the President General's
message, and a report from the National
Defense Committee.Guest speakers as well as
members provide interesting programs relating
to a wide variety of subjects. In February, we
hold an awards program which includes the
winners of the DAR Good Citizens and Community
Service Awards. The chapter supports our
veterans with Christmas Stocking and cookie
boxes. The chapter works to support historic
preservation, promote education, and foster
patriotism.
